Looking Back on a Record-Breaking 2025: Project Highlights
As we close out 2025, we're taking a moment to reflect on what has been our most successful year yet. At Brandt Molded Marble, every project represents more than a completed installation, it reflects our commitment to quality, precision, and trusted partnership. This year, we've had the privilege of supporting some of Wisconsin's most impactful commercial developments, delivering cultured marble solutions that combine beauty, durability, and efficiency.
A Year of Milestones
2025 was marked by significant growth and meaningful partnerships. Our Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) certification continued to open critical doors for our partners, enabling project teams to access additional funding, meet diversity requirements, and enhance community impact while working with a trusted local manufacturer.
From multi-family housing to senior living communities, from veteran housing initiatives to HUD-backed redevelopments, we've been honored to contribute to projects that truly serve their communities for years to come.
Project Spotlight: Making an Impact Across Wisconsin and Beyond
CVI Vets Place Central – Milwaukee, WI
Supporting Those Who Served
Brandt Molded Marble was honored to contribute to the CVI Vets Place Central project, an essential housing initiative dedicated to U.S. military veterans. Working closely with the Center for Veterans Issues, we ensured reliable production, efficient timelines, and consistent quality across every component.
Our cultured marble surfaces and custom storage solutions were selected for their strength, low maintenance, and suitability for high-use environments. This project stands as a meaningful example of how BMM combines affordable luxury, sustainable materials, and WBE-certified partnership to support mission-driven community developments.
The Boatworks Multi-Family Project – Oshkosh, WI
Precision, Speed & Reliability in Multi-Family Construction
One of our proudest achievements this year came from The Boatworks Flats in Oshkosh. Partnering with Quest Interiors and Wesenberg Architects, we delivered over 100 custom cultured marble vanity tops for this modern multi-family development just steps from the Oshkosh River Walk.
The challenge? An incredibly tight timeline.
Our response? We achieved one of our fastest commercial turnarounds ever, manufacturing and delivering all vanity tops in just 14 days. This project showcased the efficiency, precision, and reliability that set BMM apart in Wisconsin's construction landscape. Each vanity top was locally crafted, custom-molded, and quality-checked to meet the design, durability, and performance standards required for high-traffic residential environments.
