Brandt Molded Marble joins the major Westerly Senior Living project

Our latest commercial collaboration took us to Pewaukee, Wisconsin, where we had the privilege of contributing to The Westerly, a new luxury senior living community which opened in Spring 2025.

The Westerly spans 166,000 square feet and will offer 141 thoughtfully designed residences, including:

Developed by Matter Development and ICAP Development, and built by Moore Construction in Menomonee Falls, this state-of-the-art community blends elegance with functionality, a perfect match for Brandt Molded Marble's mission and product offerings.
Our Contribution: Beautiful, Durable Vanity Tops
We partnered with MCS Woodworking (Milwaukee) to supply all of the bathroom vanity tops throughout the facility. These surfaces are designed not only to elevate the look of each suite, but also to provide:
